paDIOna is a tribute to the little man with the big voice. Since the start of the Rainbow in 1975, Ronnie James Dio contributed to shaping today's Hard Rock. Ronnie is the best known bands of Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Dio.

Ronnie James Dio is also known for having introduced the "devil sign" (also called "devil's eye") into heavy metal. This is a gesture Dio in his young days to have learned from his grandmother, a character that was commonly used among superstitious people in southern Italy, when you wanted to protect themselves against evil. The character has recently become a common sign to see the concerts and has become a symbol of heavy metal.
