Picking up the guitar at an early age, the self-taught guitarist honed his skills by emulating great blues players such as Albert King, Buddy Guy, Albert Collins, T-Bone Walker, and BB King, as well as innovators such as Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Dan has enjoyed a great deal of success by honoring the great blues and rock guitarists he grew up listening to, while creating his own unique style.

Backed by the solid rhythm section of SERIOUS TROUBLE, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble come back to life with all the fire and passion they were famous for. In addition to playing Stevie’s repertoire from the early days through his untimely death, DAN LAWYER & SERIOUS TROUBLE play selections from other influential artists including Jimi Hendrix and Indigenous.
