Our current guitarist is going on an extended leave of absence (6-12 months) and we need a new Johnny ASAP.

**Must be at least 21 years old (male/female, any race/ethnicity)
**Must be a serious Ramones fan
**Must have own equipment and transportation
**Must have a source of income (we don't do "pay-to-play" gigs, but neither should you expect to be making a living doing this)
**Must have the moves and attitude
**Must wear the Ramones "uniform" on stage (black leather jacket, T-shirt, jeans, sneakers)
**Must be ready to commit 1-2 days per week to rehearsal
**Must be willing to travel and open to playing out-of town dates (on the weekends)

You need to have all the essential Ramones songs down cold, we have an upcoming gig on 9/13 and there is no time to bring you up to speed on our entire repertoire. We are not looking for a "hired gun"--you will be a full member of the band, and we need you to kick in for expenses (mainly rehearsal studio time).

This is an ideal situation for a musician who is between projects and is looking to do something fun for awhile. However, we are willing to work with someone who is currently in another band, as long as they can apply the necessary focus to this project.
