Formed in November of 2006, "UP THE IRONS!" is the ultimate Iron Maiden tribute band, home-based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Although the band covers Maiden's catalog in its entirety, in trying to stay true to the melodic dual guitar sound uniquely developed by the dynamic Dave Murray & Adrian Smith combo, they prefer to cover Maiden circa 1980 to 1988 mostly, delivering the same intensity, excellent musicianship, inimitable stage props, audio/visual effects and professionalism that only a band like Iron Maiden can provide.
